The Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH) will perform an on-the-ground assessment of remaining tarp roofs in Puerto Rico after the impacts of Hurricanes Irma and/or María in September 2017. The Blue Roof Mobile Application will be used by PRDOH Inspectors to capture the data of such surveys as part of the recovery efforts undertaken with Community Development Block Grant for Disaster Recovery Funds.
